Shipping And Handling Most order are sent UPS and we charge $9.50. Certain items such as stained glass require more postage and we charge accordingly.

Back Orders If we have the item in stock we will send asap but if we have to order it will be about 3 weeks. Please let us know if you have an event date.

Return item in original condition and packaging within 30 days. 3. When making a Return Merchandise Authorization request include the last 3 digits of the invoice number, the reason for return and a description of the damage or your concern. 4. Shipping damage should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods Original packing must be retained until the claim is processed. Normal time to process your return is 10-14 days of receipt of package. 5. Package well, nsure for full value save tracking number and receipts.
